Mike and KITT must deliver a package -- a task that seems easy enough until they learn the package is a man with a code built into his DNA. The task becomes more difficult when a mysterious woman gets in their way.

Mike enlists an old Army buddy to help take down a drag racing gang which is also in the business of arms smuggling overseas. Sarah joins Mike and KITT despite her father’s disapproval.

When a tech is murdered inside of Knight Inudstries, the team must track down the person that infiltrated headquarters before they strike again. Meanwhile, Mike and Sarah find themselves stuck together during a storm.

Knight Industries tracks down a Bonnie and Clyde-esque couple and find that their true identites will affect a congressional race. Meanwhile, Mike and KITT must find a way to save Agent Rivai.

Billy tags along with Mike as he heads to Vegas on a mission to stop a money laundering ring, and Billy has his eye on finding romance along the way. Meanwhile, The KITT cave is assessed and also locks horns with an old nemesis, Dr. Graiman.

The world is in jeopardy when a devastating computer virus is released. With Kitt infected by the bug, it may mean the ultimate stall out. Elsewhere, Mike becomes jealous when Sarah and her ex-beau reconnect.

A deranged terrorist has kidnapped a foreign ambassador, sending Michael and KITT out to the rescue. Elsewhere, a damaged robot has Dr. Graiman and Sarah teaming up to repair it.

Michael and KITT continue on a mission to rescue an ambassador and foil the terrorists holding him. The quest becomes even more dangerous when a bomb is placed inside of KITT, set to explode when the car reaches a certain speed. Meanwhile, Sarah receives shocking information regarding her father.

Sarah is upset over her father's death and decides to leave town. A concerned Mike finds the answers he was searching for about his past while looking for Sarah. Now that Dr. Graiman is dead, the NSA has decided to dismantle the SSC and move ahead in creating KITT's nemesis, KARR. The chip which contains KITT's memories and personality is removed and placed inside of KARR, with the permission from Torres'. Mike, Sarah, Billy and Zoe create a plan to find KITT and get it running, then hunt down the evil KARR and destroy it.

Mike becomes a hostage in a bank robbery when he becomes entangled with one of the robbers. As he tries to stop the thieves his efforts are hampered by the twists, turns and being uncertain of what the motives for the robbery was all about.

Dr. Geiger angers hospital executives after he performs an experimental procedure. In the meantime, Dr. Shutt takes on an HMO.

A 10-year old federal witness is on board a plane which has apparently gone missing. Mike informs DEA Agent Jessie Renning, that the crash was faked and that the same man who killed his father has kidnapped the boy. She instead arrests Mike for hindering the case. Meanwhile, Sarah tries to make a deal with the Deputy Director of National Intelligence for autonomy for the SSC's future cases. Running out of time, Mike and KITT must find the boy before he is forced to give information of where the drugs are hidden and is killed.

During Mike's decompression time he decides to visit Sonny's bar, an old haunt of his, and help the new proprietor restore the joint to its original condition. Noticing the crowd is not the same as it used to be, he becomes suspicious when overhearing a story concerning recent fires at the bar and learns that someone want the new owner to close down.

Mike and KITT must find a stolen serum which will result in the recipients maximum physicality when used, before it lands into the wrong hands. Thanks to a research assistant from the lab, Billy is given some information to relay to Mike about the serum which will help him while searching for this powerful thief. Meanwhile, Sarah's new duties have her overwhelmed as she quickly learns what it will take to re-institute the Foundation for Law and Government.
